We booked Rhonda about a year out from our wedding date. She did an awesome job keeping us organized and ahead of schedule in regards to planning and reaching out to vendors even with her busy schedule. One month before our wedding date we had no worries about wedding details thanks to her planning and keeping us on track. Wedding day went so smooth! She had a very calm demeanor the entire day and if anything did go wrong there's no way we would've known. We also appreciate her scheduling us to eat separately as it was a great opportunity to breathe and enjoy our food before the rest of our festivities! We cannot thank her enough for making our day so special.

From our first consultation with her it was clear Rhonda was THE REAL DEAL. She has an incredible knack for understanding the people she's working with so she can tailor your wedding day to your taste and budget. We live on the east coast so planning our wedding in Dallas was a daunting task, without Rhonda we would have been totally lost on how to plan our wedding. On the day of our wedding it was impressive to watch Rhonda and her team transform a blank canvas event space into exactly what we wanted for our wedding day. They did an incredible job of making sure the event moved along as we had planned and we were thrilled with how our event was executed! If you're getting married in the DFW area, Rhonda is definitely someone you should meet!

I honestly can’t even tell you how I came across Rhonda (Instagram, Google, divine intervention?)? All I can say is that I’m extremely glad that I did! Rhonda planned literally just about everything for my wedding. I swear I can’t even believe she’s real sometimes because she is just THAT GOOD. My husband and I are beyond amazed by what she put together for us. She not only made the day perfect, but I can honestly say my day was perfect and relatively stress free. If you’re on the fence about Rhonda, DON’T BE. Just sign a contract with her because you seriously will not regret it!!!

Rhonda and her team were amazing! She was not only our month and day of coordinator, she also took care of all the floral arrangements, linen, and chargers. She was very easy to communicate with, and had everything under control. We had a little hiccup with the arch I ordered, but she was able to contact another vender and make the new arch fit in flawlessly the morning of the wedding. Rhonda also traveled out the night before and went through the rehearsal with us. Her daughter Stephanie also pitched in and watch our baby Fenway (dog) she was very attentive and great to work with. I would highly recommend! It was a dream come true. Thank you.

Working with Rhonda was a DREAM We needed a day of coordinator at the last minute because of a giant snafu with our venue and Rhonda came in to save the day. She jumped in with only a months notice, took hold of all the vendor communication, and made what could have been a crazy few weeks much more calm. Having her there on the day of allowed me just to enjoy the wedding instead of being worried about details or who was doing what. She was calm force running the show behind the scenes. I’m so glad she was there to help everything run smoothly and make our day - despite the challenges we faced in planning - feel perfect.
